The way our refund policy is written makes it easy for our clients to understand. Our refund policy says that Flown Developer will give you a refund if certain things happen. Please carefully read the refund rules below:

Policy on Web development and design:

We give our clients a demo website so they can see how good our work is and feel more at ease about working with us. Before you pay for our services, you can talk to us if you have any questions.

Who can get a refund:

Every project is important to us at Flown Developer, and we handle each one with care and professionalism. We always try to give our clients the project they want by a certain time. But if a client isn’t happy with the project or has changed his or her mind about it and wants a refund, he or she should check to see if our refund policy applies:

How to get paid in advance:

When you’re ready to use our service, you have to pay 30% of the total cost up front. If our client wants to cancel the project within two days of giving us the 30% deposit, we will give them their money back in full. Please note that if you cancel the project after 2 days and have already paid an advance, this money will not be returned.

Time of delivery and payment:

• • Full Refund: If the project hasn’t been started or hasn’t been done the way the deal said it would be.
  • Partial Refund: If the project work has already begun and the client wants to cancel the project in the middle of it, the client will lose the 30% deposit.
  • No Refund: If a client wants to cancel a project after full payment has been made and the project has been completed successfully, the client will lose all of the money.

Policy change:

Flown Developer can change this policy from time to time without any prior notice at any time. We want you to look over this policy every so often. If our policy changes, all of our clients, both old and new, will have to agree to the new policy.
